This book couldn’t have come at a better time. It’s very easy to worry about anything and everything but we can actually rise up above it just like the title clearly states. Very well articulated and written. I’ll definitely gift this book to several of my friends.

Such a timely read! Almost everyone is stressing and there’s no indication that stress for Americans will lessen over the next few months or years.
This book provides excellent advice and encouragement to help anyone get through these tough times. The practical applications and exercises helps to process the information and apply it to your life.
